LITHGOW WILD FOOD FESTIVAL |
WILD FIRE KITCHEN

The Seven Valleys out in the Blue Mountains are hosting a huge Wild Food Festival with events happening across Saturday the 21st and Sunday the 22nd of February 2026.

Saturday the 21st from 5pm to 11pm is the Wild Food Festival along the main street in Lithgow filled with local producers, suppliers, live music and an awesome Wild Fire Kitchen stage (WFK from 6pm-10pm).

You’ll find me along with chefs Analiese Gregory, Sharon Windsor and Leila Khazma at the Wild Fire Kitchen Stage between 6pm-10pm. Access to the Wild Fire Kitchen stage is completely free to watch so come along with your friends and family!

Sunday will hold local tours to explore the region, whether it’s showcasing farms or learning about wild foraging with Diego Bonetto and more.
