VIVID FIRE KITCHEN

In June 2024 I co-hosted 8 sessions of the Vivid Fire Kitchen along with Chef Nina Huynh - highlighting Impossible Beef by cooking a signature dish that is served at the Emerald Room Restaurant… The Emerald Naughty Burger.

Imagine a double pattie coated in house burger sauce, topped with caramelised onions, pickles - all between two brioche buns. Sounds delicious right?


Over four nights we worked the custom built BBQ rig while chatting to the host and crowd about the product. By the 4th night we gave away hundreds of samples for guests to try who loved the Impossible product and vowed to buy more.
