Moku x Chef Elijah Attard |



I held a vegan 4 course degustation at Moku restaurant in Darlinghurst. The first day sold out so we opened a second night - which also sold out.
I highlighted wild foraged, native and hyper seasonal ingredients during this incredible 2 day pop up with the Moku team who complimented every course with a delicious cocktail for an optional pairing.


Moku is an amazing venue with incredible guests. Without their support I wouldn’t be able to offer such fun experiences
