From Kakadu Plum Kosho to Dandelion Soft Serves, the Chefs Table is an experience you wont forget. Highlighting the best producers Australia has to offer, Chef Elijah has created an array of delectable dishes over 6 courses with an arrival chefs cocktail plus ever changing live entertainment within the Emerald Room Restaurant in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

The Chefs Table operated from Wednesday to Saturday every week, seating 5 people a night at 6pm-9pm.

On September 28th of 2024, the Chefs Table closed and Chef Elijah moved on from the Emerald Room to pursue other projects.
